Shared costs should be modeled at the committed headcount.
Lodging, private transport, boats, and other fixed bookings do not become cheaper just because someone drops out. Claira divides those costs across the committed travelers, then adds per-person categories such as airfare, food, tickets, and nightlife.
Why a range?
One exact number creates false confidence.
Travel prices and discretionary spending move. The low/base/high sensitivity range shows how exposed the group is without pretending Claira can forecast a future fare, hotel rate, table minimum, or activity price from static assumptions.
