The Ibiza categories that create the biggest group-budget surprises
Lodging configuration
A villa or hotel only works if the bed/room setup and committed headcount match. Model the total stay, not a headline nightly rate.
Island transport
A cheaper remote stay can require several cars or repeated taxis for beach clubs, dinners, and nightlife.
Shared premium plans
Private boats and other fixed bookings become more expensive per person immediately when the group shrinks.
